Winner at the R.E.D. International Film Festival 2021 in Eina, Norway, Dante Sonata features concert pianist, Arina Lazgarian (Benjamin Britten Fellow at the Royal College of Music 2018-2020) alongside dancers Hannah Rudd and Miguel Altunaga. Directed by Margaret Williams, the film explores themes of desire, unrequited love, memory, death and loss and examines these through the eyes of Virgil and Beatrice (as represented by Hannah and Miguel).
