Fugal Travels – a contrapuntal audio documentary in three tracks – was recorded and assembled throughout the Spring and Summer of 2021. The documentary features the voices of six eminent specialists (Bettina Warwig, John Butt, Harry White, Joanna MacGregor, Claire Duff and David Adams) on the music of J.S. Bach, all woven together in a contrapuntal style, reminiscent of Glenn Gould’s experimental radio piece, The Idea of North.
